I started doing websites for a co-worker who had a growing business who needed to sell his products outside the confines of Ebay.  Although Ebay is still a large portion of his business, the website I created allows him to sell products to customers who may not be familiar with Ebay.  His business has grown substantially since the launch of the first site.  I was also able to help streamline the order processing through the use of online reports, email notifications, etc. He now is able to take order and ship product faster than ever with less paperwork and overhead.
